Leadership

We look for individuals who demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to inspire and motivate others, and a sense of responsibility. Leaders take initiative, make sound decisions, and serve as positive role models.

Persistence

Candidates should show dedication, discipline, and persistence. We value those who consistently put in effort, stay committed to their goals, and demonstrate a strong work ethic in all areas.

Citizenship

Integrity, honesty, respect, and responsibility are essential. We seek individuals who display good moral judgment, are dependable, and treat others with kindness and fairness.

Sports

I feel the scholarship was an amazing opportunity to get even more from a community that has already given so much to me. I think just receiving the scholarship itself was an exciting recognition of the things I've accomplished at WHS. I would definitely recommend the scholarship because some people may think they haven't done enough to deserve it, but they should be their authentic selves and send in an application anyways.
